1. Use of Service

PadelParty provides a platform for booking padel courts and related activities. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayFast and are non-refundable once confirmed.

4. Service Availability

Court availability is subject to real-time updates from our partners. In rare cases where a booking cannot be honored, we will assist you in rescheduling where possible.

5. Liability

PadelParty is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages incurred while using booked facilities. Use of facilities is at your own risk.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance.
